What it is

Automation is software that does the repeatable work a person would otherwise do by hand: moving data between tools, sending the follow-up, prepping the books, building the report. Integration is what lets those tools talk to each other in the first place. We build both — so a task finishes without anyone remembering to start it.

Where data shouldn't leave the building, we build local-first — like the finance system that runs entirely on the owner's own machine. We work to PIPEDA and provincial privacy expectations, and keep sensitive data off the cloud when that's the right call.

Questions

Will this replace my team?

No. It removes the repetitive parts of their day so the people you have can do the work only people can do. We build review queues so a human still signs off where it matters.

Do I have to rip out my current tools?

Usually not. Most of what we do is connecting the tools you already pay for. We only recommend replacing something when it's actively costing you more than it saves.

What if the automation gets something wrong?

We design for it. Uncertain items land in a needs-review queue instead of going out silently, and everything is logged so you can see exactly what ran.

Who owns and runs it after launch?

You do. You own the code and the accounts, run costs go straight to the providers, and there's no retainer. We're there for support when you want it, not billed by default.
