Concept walkthrough
The challenge
A local clinic lives or dies on trust, but most dental sites feel cold and clinical: stock smiles, buried hours, no sense of the people behind the chair. The concept asks how a 20-year neighbourhood practice could feel as calm and human online as it does in person.
What shipped
- Trust-first homepage: gentle tone, real hours, and one calm path to book
- Scrolling reviews wall with a rating summary as the social-proof spine
- Service architecture: cleanings, emergency, Invisalign, and kids, each on its own SEO page
- Calm, reduced-motion-safe animation and optimized images for fast loads
- Designed to extend into the full clinic system — review-request automation, Google Business & local ads, and invoice & recall tracking
The stack
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Vercel
What changed
A calm, human front door, designed so a nervous patient feels at ease before they ever pick up the phone.
